Hey, I'm Dhruv 👋

I'm a Software Engineer at Microsoft working across AI-forward software engineering and production systems that need to be fast, reliable, and boring in production.

- Identified and patched VM Scale Set and log replication inefficiencies for the ShellService backend handling more than 7B hits per day.
- Managed the release lifecycle as sole owner for Fluent UI Android across 10 releases for partner teams including Copilot, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Secured Android Shared Service by achieving 100% security compliance as Sole Security Owner.
- Reduced external file open latency by about 500ms for Office Mobile (WXP) with custom baseline profiles targeting critical cold-start scenarios.
